MEFITNESS

Monday 9.30am & Thursday 7.30pm & 8pm

Metabolic Effect is a new group exercise program which burns fat, not just calories. MeFitness uses high intensity exercises which help to reset your metabolism and carry on burning fat for up to 48 hours after workout.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)

Tuesdays 7.30pm & Wednesday 9am

An effective class to lose fat by mixing short burst of high intensity exercises, working the whole body. Plan varies weekly to keep you motivated and to ensure your fitness improves quickly. Various abilities in the group and beginners welcome.

 

STOTT PILATES

Tuesday 8.05pm & Wednesday 9.30am & Thursday 9.15am & Friday 9am

Respected by fitness and health professionals worldwide, Stott Pilates exercises build on the principles of the late Joseph H. Pilates' work by incorporating modern knowledge about the body. The Stott Pilates repertoire consists of more than 500 Matwork and equipment-based exercises. The workout focuses on core stability, it also helps to relieve tension and develop strength as well as flexibility and endurance without risking injury or adding bulk.
